1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request to cancel your order without penalty under the following conditions:
Within 24 Hours: We offer a 24-hour grace period from the time you place your order. If you contact us within this window, we will process a full refund immediately.
After 24 Hours but Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours but before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will process a refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee to cover payment processing and order handling costs.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at support@meeshodubai.com with your order number. We will confirm the status of your order and proceed accordingly.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. At this point, you must follow our Return & Refund Policy after you receive the item.
3. Cancellation of Customized, Bespoke, or Sale Items
To ensure fairness and manage our inventory, the following items are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Customized or Made-to-Order Products: This includes any items that have been personalized (e.g., with monograms, specific alterations) or made specifically for you.
Final Sale or Clearance Items: These items are explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
Intimate Apparel & Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is placed unless defective.
Accessories: Such as jewelry, hair accessories, and other small items, unless defective.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an eligible order, please follow these steps:
Email Us: Send an email to support@meeshodubai.com from the email address used to place the order.
Provide Your Order Number: Include your order number in the subject line (e.g., “Cancellation Request for Order #MEESHODB12345”).
State Your Reason: Briefly tell us why you wish to cancel. This helps us improve our service.
Our team will process your request and send you a confirmation email within 24-48 business hours.
5. Refund Processing for Cancellations
Timeline: Once your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Deductions: Any applicable administrative fees (as mentioned in Section 1) will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Cancellations by Meesho Dubai
We reserve the right to cancel an order under rare circumstances, including but not limited to:
The item is out of stock or unavailable.
Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Pricing errors on the website.
Inability to process or fulfill the order.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and will receive a full refund without any deductions.
