This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for items purchased from meeshodubai.com.
We offer a same-day return and exchange period from the date you receive your item(s).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
In its original condition with all tags attached.
In the original packaging (e.g., shoe box, jewelry pouch, dust bag). Please ensure the original packaging is not damaged.
Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Intimate Apparel: Swimwear, lingerie, and bodysuits (if the hygiene seal is removed).
Beauty & Personal Care Products.
Accessories: Pierced jewelry and hosiery.
Gift Cards.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or on clearance.
Please follow these steps to request a return or exchange:
Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving your order, email us at returns@meeshodubai.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Provide Information: Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Ship the Item: Once approved, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Deductions: Please note that the original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the new item to you.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again first, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to process. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@meeshodubai.com.
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a different value, we will process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly.
If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@meeshodubai.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos/video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We will arrange for a free return pickup or provide a pre-paid return label and will expedite a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) as soon as the item is returned to us.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are eligible for an exchange or store credit only, unless they are faulty.
You may opt to receive store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card and does not expire.
