1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We are happy to announce that we also offer international shipping to select countries. At checkout, you will be able to see if we can deliver to your location.
2. Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. This is the time it takes for us to prepare your item(s) for shipment, including quality checks and packaging. Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sale periods or new collection launches.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines
Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:
Within the UAE:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. (Often FREE on orders over a certain amount, e.g., AED 200)
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days. (Available for an additional fee)
International Shipping:
Delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination.
Typically, 5-14 business days from the date of dispatch.
Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and Mee Sho Dubai has no control over them. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Please note: All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier processing, weather conditions, or customs hold-ups, which are outside of our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. You will see the final shipping charge before you complete your purchase.
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the UAE over [e.g., AED 200].
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
6. What If I’m Not Home?
For deliveries within the UAE, our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 1-2 times. If you are not available, they will often:
Leave the package in a safe place at your address (at their discretion).
Leave a notification card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your package from a nearby collection point.
For international orders, the procedure will follow the local courier company’s policy.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Please double-check your address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for re-dispatch.
If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, Mee Sho Dubai cannot be held responsible.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us immediately at [insert email, e.g., support@meeshodubai.com] with your order number and a photo of the damaged package and product. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Lost Package: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with your household members or neighbors. If you are in an apartment building, check with the concierge or security. If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us, and we will initiate an investigation with the courier service.
